Individual Therapy $135 / Clinical Hour
Approaching your healing journey can feel overwhelming and challenging. I would love to help you along the way. I am experienced in working with life transitions and adjustments, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image concerns, infertility, relational issues, trauma, and women's issues. EMDR $135 / Clinical Hour
EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is a form of Therapy most notably used with trauma. I have been trained in EMDR for nearly 10 years and can incorporate it into all therapeutic practices and sessions. EMDR can provide resources for when you feel overwhelmingly activated and while it's approach can feel rapid and intense at times, the change that comes along with it will leave you feeling empowered and in awe.
Supervision Services
