Hi! I'm Ashley. I've been practicing Therapy for 10 years and am honored to have sat across from so many incredible souls. Life can be so beautiful. It can also be so incredibly hard and challenging to navigate. I'd love to support you as you seek healing and restoration.

Having worked in this field for years, my specialties include anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image, life adjustments, parenthood, infertility and perinatal support, and women's issues among other things.

When I am not in the Therapy office, I am playing with my sweet kiddo, trying all the coffee with my supportive husband, and spending time with family and friends.

Folx, I genuinely believe in healing and growth. I truly believe that you can live the life that you desire without the pain of anxiety, depression, loss, etc overshadowing you forever. Hi there! My name is Ren, and I’m a Clinical Counseling Intern finishing my Masters Degree in Counseling and Student Affairs at Western Kentucky University.
I have a passion for helping people connect with themselves and find the strength within to live a beautiful life. As a Therapist Intern, I operate from a person-centered / strength based approach focusing on taking a holistic view of the individual and what makes them who they are.
I am also passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community as an individual going through a journey of transitioning, youth and young adults, as well as neurodivergent individuals. My hope is to provide a space for you to be free and express yourself openly; and I look forward to meeting and walking alongside you in your healing journey.
